On my return to Edinburgh on my last night in Scotland, I stayed in New Town and had an opportunity to explore the area with its formal layout and buildings. I ate dinner at a restaurant called the Dome which was in an old, large bank building. The dining room had a large ornate dome, columns and incredible detail.
