Yesterday, we were supposed to do a shuttle hike up the Meadow Creek Trail and down the beautiful Gore Range Trail in the Eagles Nest Wilderness Area. There was too much snow still to hike down the Gore Range Trail, so we returned the way we came.  The meadows were soggy and full of March Marigolds and Globe Flowers. On the way back, we saw a female moose near the trail.
