I went on an unusual overnight hike in the Maroon Bells - Snowmass Wilderness near Aspen.  The nine mile hike up the valley ended at the hot springs.  Fireweed provided flowers along the way. The camping areas around the springs were quite crowded.  We went to the springs after dark in the rain and found a lively party going on.  Early in the morning, the springs were more relaxing.
